Project Costs > You can't perform this adjustment

Hi,

I'm using 20B (11.13.20.04.0).

I am doing some testing on a DEV instance.

I created an Expenditure Item via ADFDI, and once it had been created, I went to Actions > Costing > Split and Transfer.

I split the cost of the Exp Item between 2 projects (50% to the original, 50% to another Project).

When I have done this previously, new Exp Items are created to reflect the adjustment.

However, in this case, that has not happened.

If I return to try the Split and Transfer again, I see this message:

You can't perform this adjustment because an adjustment of the same type is already submitted and is pending processing. (PJC-2220593)
