FTE based accrual calculation for Annual Leave having accrual method as Front-loaded

Summary

FTE based accrual calculation for Annual Leave having plan term from Jan to Dec with accrual method as Front-loaded

Content

Hello Team,

We are having a requirement to prorate the Annual Leave (Front-loaded plan) accrual calculation based on FTE and it is working fine when we run the process on 01-Jan-XXXX as the plan term is from Jan to Dec but if there is any FTE change in between the plan term then it starts calculating the accrual from 1st Jan instead of FTE change date.

For E.g.:

The Annual leave is front-loaded plan with the calendar year starting from Jan 1st to Dec 31st. If someone is having 1 FTE on 1st Jan then he/she entitled to have 160 hours and gets balance based on FTE on 1st Jan. Suppose, the employee's FTE gets changed on 1st Jul then his accrual will be prorated for the rest of the year.

Howdy, Stranger!
