Auto populate probation end date
Content
Hello - We have a requirement to auto-populate probation end date for employees based on certain criteria.
The standard probation period is 6 months and some special jobs are 12 months.
Based on probation period and job action, we need to calculate the probation end date on their employment record for initial probation end date:
1. Upon Hire or Rehire – probation end date would = hire/rehire date + 6 months or 12 months (in days).
2. Transfers, regardless of whether they are voluntary or certified, have a 60 day not 6 or 12 month probationary period without exception.
Is there any way to achieve this requirement via formula, other than HDL load?
