How do we set up and log training completion in Learn?

Colleagues will be having Legionella training in August and we will need to keep a record of all colleagues that have had this. I would like to have the certificate on Taleo Learn so that they will all be held in one central place.

The training will be provided by a third party but we will need to keep track of who has completed this.

There will be more examples where store colleagues complete training for health and safety (e.g. fire emergency procedures etc) which we would like to have a central copy of when it was completed within the system.
