I had to restrict deletion of baselined Budget version and restrict access to change budgetary control, hence i have created a custom role by Copying Project Management Duty Role. I have mapped the custom role with Project Manager Role. However facing the below issues and if anyone can provide any input to resolve issues and understand it will be of great help.

 

1. Created a project and assigned Mr.x with Project manager role, but i couldnt find the role getting autoassigned to Mr.X login . Hence when i login with Mr.X user ID dont see the Project Management access - May be for customer role auto-assignment function doesnt work?
