Can the OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) set up be done on premises? We have clients who are not comfortable with the whole cloud concept and are ok to use OIC if it is installed on the machines that are in their data center and monitored by them. 

Hence we wanted to know if Oracle provides us an option of installing the OIC set up on the cloud just like we did for 11g and 12c versions? 

Is that an option or Oracle just does OIC on the cloud? 

To compare, Dell does provide this option of installing their atom (can be considered as an instance in Oracle terminology) on premises which is usually on cloud? Does Oracle do the same?
