Missing Imported External Transactions In Manual Reconciliation
Summary
Can't find the transactions under System TransactionsContent
User imported approximately 100 transactions via spreadsheet. No correction errors or failures. On the Manage External Transaction page, we can find the transactions. When we attempt Manual Reconciliation, the transactions are not found under system transactions. We validated the Bank Account and Reference Number. We are sure that we are not pulling in more results than can be shown. Why can't we find these transactions?
