How to get new bank account to show on recurring bill plan


Urgent!  We had a customer to change banks; created the new bank in manage customers, enddated the old bank and made new bank primary.  Debit Authorization would not show for old bank, but was able to select new account.  However, when going to the the bill plan, the new bank is not showing and there is no drop down for debit authorization numbers; only create new, which doesn't appear to change the bank.  We have billings due.  Tks for a quick response.
