Support and Customers,

I thought this was interesting and the development updates on this triage bug were helpful (more specifically for Support).

Business Problem:

 The user receives an error on submitting a requisition for approval for a requisition that contains a line brought in via Punchout. The error message reads:

** An error occurred in communicating to the punchout site
defined in the catalog CATALOG_NAME. Contact the Procurement application
administrator. (POR-2010057)

The response from the punchout site is invalid. The error code is 401.**
