Alerts not working after 20B - Invalid value in TO field

Hello Everyone.

We have custom Alerts build and they were working fine. After 20 B upgrade, we are noticing emails are not sent out. When checked the alert history, I see in the TO Field there is invalid value emps.PersonId).WorkEmail}                 - ( Screenshot attached)

We got 20 B in July but noticed this issue now only. ( It may be 20 B related) Wanted to check if anyone have this Issue. I am creating SR but wanted to check if anyone had this issue.
