Confusing experience for managers on My Team Learning

We have had a large amount of negative feedback on the My Team's Learning screen within NUX since we switched over last month. Many managers have commented on how confusing the filters and the date range are (a more simplified field structure and easier to navigate date range field would be beneficial), and also that they can search for anybody in the organisation rather than just their team which seems to be throwing a lot of managers off. Another comment was that the manager's name doesn't default when they open search by manager.
