Absence Donation should convert the hours according to recipient's $/hour

Is it possible to achieve the below requirement in absences?

Scenario:

Donor is earning 40$/hr 

Donor has donated 8 hours from any of sick/vacation/comp leave plan= 8*40$= 320$ based on hourly earning for donor

Recipient is earning 20$/hr

then 320$= 320/20= 16 hrs of catastrophic leave available for the recipient
