Dear Experts

We are working on migrating work schedule from time based to elapsed. Would like to understand the best practice to follow to ensure no imapct to absence entries and accrual balance.

1. we have observed that overridden absence duration are reset to default duration based on work schedule. e.g. half day absence duration changed to full day based on work schedule duration. How to handle this? Should we reload all the absence throuh HDL?

2. While running 'Evaluate Absence' process after migrating to elapsed work schedule, any specific parameter or date parameter to be used ?

3. Any particular sequence we should execute this entire activity?

Howdy, Stranger!
