Hi Team,

I am new to this this subject. 

We have a requirement to where the client wanted to send alerts like update or assignment of SRs in HR Helpdesk to a Email which is not registered in Cloud system.

As per my knowledge in HR Helpdesk, as per the existing functionality we can send the email to the resources inside application like employee, manager etc.

 

Please advise me any workaround or documents to configure to send alert email to any generic email which is outside the application.
