Requirement: Absence Plan will be in Days UOM. So balance accrued will also be in days. But Absence Type will be in Hours UOM. So when employee applies for absence (which is in hours), equivalent amount of days balance should be deducted from the absence plan.

 

Example: Working hours of an employee is 8 hours per day. Then if employee applies absence for 4 hours it should deduct 0.5 days balance.

 

Is it possible for such requirement to work if the plan is accrual plan with UOM Days with generic absence type having UOM Hours?
