How to make a DOR Read Only for Employee and Read/Write mode for HR
Privilege Name (Role Hierarchy tab): View Person Documentation
Step 1: Create a copy of the Employee seeded role
Step 2: Navigate to Setup and Maintenance -> Manage Document Type Security profiles. Create a security profile excluding the document type that should not be accessed for employees.
Step 3: Navigate to Setup and Maintenance -> Manage Data Role and Security Profiles. Search for custom employee role created in step1.
Step 4: In Security Criteria train stop (train stop 2), for field Document Type Security Profile (under Document Type), select the security profile created in step 2.
