Oracle Thai Localization document don’t have chapters Chapter 4_B_2_1, Chapter 4_B_2_2, Chapter 4_B_2_3, Chapter 4_B_2_4 , Chapter 4_B_2_5 but same exist in WHT Tax Certificate

I have defined the Chapter 4_B_2_1, Chapter 4_B_2_2, Chapter 4_B_2_3, Chapter 4_B_2_4 in Tax Reporting Type code and defined Revenue Types but data is not printing in WHT Tax Certificate.
Other chapters are in-built.

Certificate not printing Amount in particular section but total amount showing correctly
