Employee not getting FYI Notification after submit his Timesheet or apply Leave

Hi Experts,

When employee submitted his Timecard or apply Leave, he is not getting FYI notification.

After approving the manager he is getting FYI notification.

Can anyone help me where to configure this FYI in BPM.
