Opening Balance Carry Forward & Custom 1 issue

Closing balance custom 1 changing to No custom 1 member for Opening Balance

Does anyone know why the Opening Balance Carry Forward amount does not stay in the same Custom 1 account as the Closing Balance?

We have used custom 1 as Product/Cost dimension and the balance sheet is posted to Central but the opening balance is appearing as No Product and not in Central anymore.

Obviously something in the rules?

Grateful if anyone knows more. Thanks.
