20C - New Feature -Legal Employer and Action Reason Fields Added to Employment Info Page

Hi All,
According to 20C New feature, Oracle has added legal employer and action reason column in employment info page under employment history so whenever there is a global transfer then action reason and legal employer will be visible.
But when i did a global transfer then only action reason is visible and not legal employer.

Any idea how to make legal employer visible ?
