Approval of Service Request in B2B Service


Hi there,

As I understand Service Request approval functionality is not available in B2B Service. Though manually, we can send "Forward' email internally to higher authority to seek the approval and the reply of this email can be be treated as a formal approval and accordingly agent can proceed with the action on SR. Is there any other better way to achieve it?
