Why epmautomate recreate -f - prompts for yes/no?

I'm using epmautomate recreate -f in batch script to sync dev. pod to snapshot of production pod but it still prompts for yes/no answer. Per documentation given below, it should not. What am I missing?

From Oracle guide:

-f forces the re-create process to start without user confirmation. If you do not use the -f option, EPM Automate prompts you to confirm your action.

Howdy, Stranger!
