Can we upload a combination of new Menus and screens into WMS

Hello, 

I would like to know if there is a way to upload into WMS a new set of menus and their associated screens. We are reorganizing our users and their menus, and I would like to upload the new menu and screen structure. Doing this manually will take quite a lot of time. 

I have the menu and screens built in an Excel document. I do not see a Menu Creation template in the Input Interface templates, only a User creation file.

If this is not possible, I will submit an Idea since this would save a lot of people a lot of time, especially during initial implementation.
