General ledger Segments When Integrating With EBS to Fusion RMCS

Hi Team,

We are working for Fusion RMCS implementation integrating from EBS to Fusion.As per our understanding for RMCS implementation,we need to setup the EBS GL  same into Fusion GL. We had six segments in EBS GL but the Client is asking to Create seven segments in Fusion GL named as Future 1/ Intercompany. So we want to ask whether is it Possible to do so ?

If Yes, whether the integration will work Fine or not after doing the above changes?Also whether is it feasible to do so keeping the future perspectives?

Please suggest ASAP.
