Manage Product Launch to copy options history – no option to copy history from source to target meas

Summary

Option history when selected as source measure does have only 3 options - Planning percent type, Adjusted option forecast and a third one not related to history.

We have a requirement to copy option history loaded to copy to new item option history so that system generates forecast on the launch date. currently when option history is selected we do not see any target measure that has related to history. Please see attached image.
