How to remove text appearing in Request Information email notification

Removing text 'Task CHANGEMANAGER requires your attention' from Request Information email notification

Hi,

Text like 'Task CHANGEMANAGER requires your attention' appearing in Request Information email notification.

This is not there for Action Required/Approved/Rejected etc notification. 

It is appearing only in email notification,not in bell notification.

We want to remove this text. Can anyone please help with the steps how it can be removed.
