Allocated Checklist for Pending Worker via HDL

Hi Team,
I need help. I was able to allocate checklist and task via HDL by following example in the link below.
However, it seems something is missing because the Performer/Owner were not notified.
As you can see in the picture below, comparing the two Person Allocation Checklist screens, the first one contains task status and actual start date, while the second screen does not.
First screen was allocated automatically when the Pending Worker was manually entered into HCM screen. Second screen was allocated via HDL.
