OTBI - unable to extract catalog request justification

Tried to pull a report in OTBI with the justifications that our employees submitted when they requested for catalog items, but did not manage to do so.

Hello everyone!

We have catalog items in Oracle HCM and employees are required to complete the justifications for requesting certain programs. I would like to pull a report of these justifications in OTBI but i was unable to do so - when i pull "Request Justification" under Learning Records, it is blank for catalog items. Only the justification for non-catalog items show up. 

May I know whether I've missed out any other fields that i should have used? And if any of you face the same issue, what is your workaround?
