Summary

Need clear distinction between any custom role and seeded/OOTB roles provided by Oracle

Content

We are in process of developing a custom report to list all custom roles along with number of assigned users. We tried using "User and Role Access Audit Report" seeded report, this gives the roles list and has a "IS SEEDED" column which distinguishes the seeded role from custom roles. We observed and found ASE_APP_ROLE_B table. But we are facing an issue with the value of "IS_SEEDED" column in this table.

Seeded "Employee" (PER_EMPLOYEE_ABSTRACT) role has "N" value for the "IS_SEEDED" column, which is not true. The same is with the seeded report "User and Role Access Audit Report".
