Business Case:

There is 100% probability that while doing personalization's on springboard (AND/OR) navigator, the seeded expression langauges is often replaced with custom expression languages and there is no way to find/trace what had been the seeded expression language due to lack of experience, knowledge, absence of best practices, etc

It would be very beneficial to all Oracle customers if such a simple OTBI report is provided which fetches the seeded expression languages against any quick action AND/OR Menu's, Apps, etc and then the custom expression language which is the new value.
