Summary

Multiple Access Groups evaluation

Content

Hi,

Need clarification on how are multiple access groups are evaluated in a learning item.

Other than the access group priorities, how are multiple Access Group evaluated?  Example:

Priority 1 Employees completed the probation period as of the current date (Employees A and

Priority 2 Employees in specific Job Family. (Employees B and C)

Which of these will the system do:

- Allow employees who had completed the probation period OR employees in specific Job Family (Access List = Employees A, B and C)

- Allow employee who had completed the probation period AND employee is also in the specific job family (Access List = Employee B only)

Howdy, Stranger!
