Identifying senior manager
Content
Hi,
I’m trying to identify the Grade C manager for each employee.
Depending how many managers are in between the colleague and the "Grade C Manager" they will appear in different levels of Parent or Matrix Manager.
Example:-
CEO > Director > Grade C Manager > Colleague A
CEO > Director > Director 2 > Grade C Manager > Manager > Colleague B
CEO > Director > Director 2 > Grade C Manager > Manager > Manager 2 > Colleague C
I would identify the Grade C manager using the Grade in the grade folder.
Is there a way to identify the "Grade C Manager" for each Colleague and show it an OTBI analyses?
Thanks,
