I can't find any questions that have been asked unless they already have an answer


Hey everyone,


I am trying to implement the Personal Brand section and I have managed to get the Skills working, Mentorship working and the Ask an Expert Question working.  I followed the documentation from Oracle here.

I must be missing something because I have asked a question and it has identified that the skill Excel.  When I now go to My Skills and click on the three dots next to the skill and try to "Answer Questions"  It only finds questions that already have answers (I can see my own questions so I answered it myself).  How does the first person to answer it?
