Hello All,
We have started discussions around a hybrid work from home policy and need to understand how we can utilize Oracle HCM Cloud to assist. We are open to Time and Labor options, multiple assignments, etc. but, would like to know what other companies are doing and how it works for onboarding tasks, tax reporting, and impact on EEO-1 reporting.
- Are you tracking your remote workforce in Oracle today? If so, how and where?
- We do have and use the Remote checkbox which drives tax calculations but, we want to track hybrid work from home employees meaning 3 days from home, 2 days in the office as an example.
