MultipleLegislationsFlag in My Contact Area on family and emergency contact quick action

Hi All,

In HCM Design Studio Cloud -> Family and Emergency Contact quick action -> My Contact area -> there is a field called:"MultipleLegislationsFlag" field. however, we could not identify this field on front end screen. Does someone what this is field about?
