Hi,

I am trying to rename the Existing Department Name and updatte the DFF on Organization.  create new department  is working fine in our instance.
Tried loading HDL file using below two ways to rename the Department name
1. Organization.dat using Surrogate_id
METADATA|Organization|OrganizationId|Name|EffectiveStartDate|ClassificationCode
MERGE|Organization|300000020286135|Test_Fusion_300000020286135|1951/01/01|DEPARTMENT

2. Organization.dat using Source_System_id

METADATA|Organization|Name|SourceSystemOwner|SourceSystemId|EffectiveStartDate|ClassificationCode
MERGE|Organization|HDL_DEMO_DEP_300000017623570|HRC_SQLLOADER|HDL_DEMO_4|2018/05/15|DEPARTMENT

In Both cases , I am getting below error.
