EPBCS Sandbox issues - Data not copied from working to New sandbox version

Summary

EPBCS Sandbox issues - Data not copied from working to New sandbox version. When user tries to enter data to the new sandbox version, there is an error - "error during save process"

In the attached document, picture 1 shows data in version SBX1 (alias - Sandbox working).  This is the version corresponding to the Working version, and the sandbox versions will be based off this version SBX1.

In Picture-2, a new sandbox version called "Test Avg Case" was created using the green plus on the top right of the form.  Unfortunately, we do not see any data in the new sandbox version.  The expectation was that data would get copied from the SBX1 (Sandbox Working) version to "Test Avg Case".
