Web Clock time entries processing

Hello All,

Is it possible to generate the time entries from the web clock only when there is last out. 

I have employees working in various shifts, so i am unable to pick the right time for the running the generate time card process, as  there will be one or the other employees time card becomes incomplete.

So is there a way to generate the time card only if there is a last out?
