Hello All,

     One of our customers has a question regarding data conversion/data import in OTM Cloud. The question we have is if an item is not uploaded into OTM, but we received a Sales Order from Order Management, which has an item not uploaded into OTM before. In this case, will OTM cloud create the item or the Sales order will fail to process, till the new item is imported into OTM?
