Rule-set with partner elimination and current period-1

I created two rule-sets:
 1. With the following dataset: "Current scenario, current year, current period, fccs_parent total, parent currency and fccs_ytd" and it's enable the partner elimination. Then in the rule, I set the current percent ownership in factor with the "add" option and it's enable the partner elimination and i mapped the "13011" account to "913" and in movement, the movement "Mvmts_var" to "Mvmts_elim_patrim".
2. The rule-set is similar to the rule-set before, however in data-set it was defined "current period-1" and in rule "prior percent ownership" with "subtraction". This rule-set is applied for all periods, except for January.
