Setup for not allowing new hires from using Absences for first 30 days from hiring

Hello Experts,
We have requirement where an employee can start accruing vacation hours from day 1 of hire but can start using the absences only after 30 days after hiring.
What is the setup that I need to do to achieve this requirement.
