Dear Team,

Could you please help us with the following, regarding best practices  for FTP based bulk upload?

1. What is the advantage of XML or CSV type of input files? (Or the other way round)  any reason why we should choose one over the other?

2.  As per the docs, there is no specific upper limit for the number of records in the input files.  But whats the best practice? When exactly we should consider splitting the input file?
