manage reservations and picks shows transaction, SO is already awaiting billing



in a test environment.

I created a number of standard orders, - had some issues with the orchestration flow etc but after creating a custom one I successfully got a number of orders to progress through - pick - pick confirm - ship confirm, and have also generated billing.

However a while ago I checked my on-hand balance and it is not reducing.

I can see everything in "manage reservations and picks" but send shipment advice is not reducing my inventory or flushing through the reservations.
