Accessing Close Manager via SmartView



I have installed the Close Manager extension for SmartView, and created a private connection. I have tasks assigned to my username and I can see them in Homepage and under Worklist.

In SmartView, the connection is successful, however all the options under Close Manager Ribbon is greyed out and when click on the "+" to expand the application, the "+" icon disappears, and none of the content is visible.

Few Oracle tutorials show using a port in the SmartView private connection URL. Is this required in all cases?

Please can anyone let me know if they've encountered this issue?
