To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Types of learning community
Content
Hi all,
I'm hoping for some clarity about how others use learning communities and the different types available. When we create a learning community we can see three different types - Category Community, Topic Community and Official Community.
Can anyone help me understand what you'd use each of these for? The 20C notes suggest category communities will be helpful when learners browse the catalog by grouping learning together in a logical way but I can't seem to find anything that references the other two.
Thanks all,
Alice
