How to send FYI notification in BPM based on lookup

Want to send FYI notification in BPM based on lookup

I have a requirement to send FYI notification to concerned team once employee resignation is approved. It should be based on employee's department. Is it possible to use lookup type in BPM to get corresponding recipient?

For example if employee belongs to Dept X, FYI to be sent to Person A

If employee belongs to Dept Y, FYI to be sent to Person B.
