Now, its been 45 days and my always free tier instance has not been upgraded to latest version 20.1 even after 45 days. When new version was released i had already set defer upgrade.So, upgrade date was shown 22-AUG-2020. But, its not upgraded.

To check upgraded version , i cloned my instance between 10 to 14 july. But, upgrade did not happen. Then i through to wait for 45 days. But, still it is not upgraded.

Could you please identify what is the issue. I would share instance details on email provided. So, you can exactly see what's the issue.
