Representatives from Person Management and Directory

The application checks the numebr of reprsentatives of a wroker from Person management UI or from the Directory

Hi All,

I have an observation , while I was checking approvals. We use AOR for approvals. 

1. When the application looks at the representatives attached to a worker, it looks at the headphone icon in the person management UI or the directory?

2. Because if it looks at the person management UI , the requestor I am using for a transaction , the system is skipping the payroll representative even though , this requestor has the payroll representative associated to him , if we check it from the headphone icon in person management UI, but if I got to directory and check the representative for the same requestor , then the payroll representative isn't appearing there.
