Issuing Certificates from Learning

Summary

We need to issue certificates from completed learning offerings with a predefined life

Content

We have defined Certificates under the person profile to include a renewal date.

We then set up certificates in the Profile Item Catalog with renewal required and the rules for the renewal period (3 years, for example).

We then added the certificate to the course learning outcome, and set the

• issue date -> learning assignment completion date
• Renewal date -> learning assignment renewal date

When a person completes the offering, they get the certificate.  The issue date is populated but the renewal date is not.

Are we missing something?
