Not able to create time card for pull pay period for an employee

Hi ,
Employee is active for the full pay period , but not able to create time card for the full pay period ( only for first 2 days tc is getting created)
and he is in same worker time entry profile for the pay period .
Could you please let me know what are all the possible cases we need to check to figure out the issue?
